Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy

At Sankalp Bandhej, our products are traditional handcrafted bandhej and zari garments. Each piece is specially finished and steam-ironed before dispatch to ensure the best presentation and hygiene for our customers.

Because of this finishing process, the fabric cannot be restored to its original state once prepared for shipment. Therefore, we generally do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges after shipment and delivery.

When We Will Help

We do support customers in genuine cases:

* If you receive a damaged product
* If you receive the wrong item
* If the product has a manufacturing defect

In such cases, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number at: sankalpbandhej.online@gmail.com

After verification, we will offer a suitable resolution such as replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
