Refund policy

Sankalp Bandhej is a Gujarat-based brand offering traditional handcrafted Bandhej and zari garments. The store operates as a proprietorship business managed by Kalpeshbhai Satishbhai Nansi.

Each product is carefully finished, steam-ironed, and quality checked before dispatch to ensure the best presentation and hygiene for our customers.

Because of this finishing process and the delicate nature of handcrafted fabrics, products generally cannot be restored to their original condition once prepared for shipment. For this reason, returns or exchanges are typically not accepted after delivery.

Eligible Cases

We will assist customers in genuine situations such as:

• Receiving a damaged product
• Receiving the wrong item
• Manufacturing defects in the product

In such cases, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing sankalpbandhej.online@gmail.com with:

• Order number
• Clear photos showing the issue
• A short description of the problem

Resolution

Once the issue is verified by our team, we will provide a suitable resolution which may include:

• Replacement of the product (subject to availability)
• Refund to the original payment method

Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
